Join Cyndi for 60 minutes of empowered somatic yoga on Saturday May 11th at 11:15 am. Expect repetitive movement, and yoga flow to help you feel empowered and move through any stuck emotions that are lingering in your body.
You will be supported with a trauma informed approach to have a safe space to let go and unwind. Be ready to sweat, move, and reconnect to the vital life force inside of you!
We recommend participants bring a yoga mat and clothing you can move freely in.
Yoga mats are available for rent for $2 if you don’t already have one.
All other required props (blocks, bolsters, straps etc…) will be provided
