SMALL GROUP QUICK FACTS
All sessions are 60 minutes. As always, we will be able to modify movements for you if you have any injuries (and this will be even easier since sessions are capped at 6 and run for 6 weeks).
Our 6 week enrolment series ensures you have the opportunity to make consistent progress towards your goals. Your coach will program the sessions to help you build up your strength and mobility with the support of your group.
Enrolments require a minimum of 3 registrants to run. Any enrolments that do not meet the minimum threshold will be refunded.
