CRUSH
Our signature workout is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that combines cardio intervals on the SKILLMILL with strength training on the floor using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands. CRUSH classes are designed to be time efficient, effective workouts to help you leave your day behind for 45 minutes, shred stress, increase your strength and cardiovascular capacity, and leave you sweaty and satisfied.
Try them all: Upper Crush, Lower Crush, Circuit Crush, Full Body Crush or Crush + Restore if you want some extra time for stretching and down regulating your nervous system.
LIIT
Our Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) classes follow the same format as a CRUSH class, but with a greater emphasis on resisted walks and pushes, control, and banded activations - so you can get strong without getting gassed. They are perfect for newer clients, anyone coming back from an injury or illness, or the days when a HIIT class just feels a little ambitious.

FLOW
Stretch much? Crush Flow is music-driven, sweat-dripping, anything-but-boring yoga designed to help improve your performance in the studio, and in life. While every class is unique, in your 45-minute Flow you can expect the perfect mix of sweat, stretch, and fun, and to walk out feeling better than when you walked in. Need less sweat, more stretch? LIFT
A strength-based, low-impact weight lifting class that’s all about form and movement control. You won’t find any SkillMills in this class, but the sweat will still come with heavy tunes, heavy weights and badass coaches.
