During the workshop, you will be guided through gentle restorative postures while experiencing the frequencies of the seven chakras throughout your entire body. Sound bowls help to elevate your body's frequency, move stagnate energies, and reset your parasympathetic nervous system.
We recommend participants bring a yoga mat and some cozy layers or a blanket.
Yoga mats are available if you don’t already have one.
