Join Christina & Cyndi for an invigorating 2-hour workshop designed to leave you feeling energized, balanced, and deeply relaxed. Perfect for all fitness levels, this experience blends dynamic movement and resistance training with soothing relaxation to reset your mind and body.
Here’s what to expect:
Energetic Dynamic Yoga: Begin with a flowing yoga sequence that combines breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and vitality. This lively practice is designed to energize your body and focus your mind.
LIFT: Next, you’ll grab some weights and tap into your strength with full body resistance training exercises all while being coached through good form and control.
Restorative Yoga & Massage: Wind down with gentle, restorative yoga poses and hands-on massage techniques from our two in house Massage Therapists Cyndi & Christina to release tension, calm your nervous system, and leave you in a state of complete relaxation
We recommend participants bring a yoga mat and some cozy layers or a blanket for the restorative / massage portion.
Yoga mats are available if you don’t already have one. All other props and weights will be provided.
