Meet Ryan: Up 100 classes and down 24 pounds!

Ryan joined CrushCamp in November 2019 when the big box gym routine just wasn’t cutting it anymore. As a busy professional and father of 2 young kids he wasn’t super focused on aesthetic goals, but just on feeling better and doing something he enjoyed, with people he enjoyed.

Since November, Ryan has attended over 100 classes, taken up yoga (or Flow, as we like to call it here!) and has lost 24 lbs, but more importantly than that, he says it’s how he feels that has been the best change: “I just feel better. I sleep better, my ankle isn’t sore, I’m not constantly cracking my back and neck anymore.”

What do you think has been the biggest difference for you, from past workout experiences?

The difference is the people. Coming here - it’s just fun. The people are great, the Coaches are great, they keep me motivated and challenge me, and kick my ass.

What are your next goals?

Keep on going. No specific number, I just want to feel better - my body feels better, my heart feels better - everything feels better
