CrushFlow Transformation
I can finally share the news… CrushFlow has received a makeover!
I am so excited to share this new program with you, because it is pure magic.
It was around this time last year, Emily approached me with the idea of having some type of athletic yoga in our soon to be second studio. Before she could even finish talking I was shouting out “hell yes!, oh my gosh yes!, I can’t wait!”, I thought it was exactly what was needed to balance out all of the SKILLMILL and strength work.
Now, it's no secret that I love yoga. It is a big part of my life and so is fitness, the two balance each other out nicely. Some of the reasons why I love it so much are the range of motion, mobility and the quick recovery it gives me in my workouts. Actually, I got hired at CrushCamp because of the depth of my squat...true story lol.
When we really started to talk about what Crushcamp’s version of yoga would look like, we knew it had to be athletic and without any “fluffy” bits.. You know the “open your hearts and chase the rainbows” type of fluff. So that's what we did, and it was good, but we knew it could be better.
Fast forward to a world pandemic - the studio closure allowed for this project to receive months of attention, and I can proudly say our new and improved CrushFlow is everything we knew it could be. It is a music-driven hybrid flow class focusing on three important elements. Breath, Movement and Rest, are all important ingredients in the development of a stronger kinetic chain. You will no longer see long traditional yoga holds and deep stretches. Instead of solely focusing on flexibility, the goal is to assure an increase in power in your everyday activities.

It’s welcoming: The music is bumping, the vibe is upbeat, fun, and approachable.
It’s fun: The music inspires movement and shoulder shimmies
It’s fluid: The class is quick and uninterrupted to keep you in a “Flow state”
It’s consistent: All sequences are pre-designed by yours truly and tested. Each day of the week will have the same sequence for a month. With time, the consistency will create confidence and muscle memory on the mat.
It’s accessible: A hybrid of yoga poses customized for every single body with ample of opportunities to intensify or to rest
It’s powerful: From the beat of the music to the selected postures, It will allow you to unlock your most powerful self.
Each class is the perfect mix of strength, stretch, and mobility to get you moving, sweating, and finding your true flow. Whether you are a runner, lifter, biker, or weekend warrior, you can expect improvement in your balance, focus, range of motion, and to leave feeling better than when you walked in.
