what to expect
Your private class will be 60 minutes long hosted in-studio at our Calgary location or over a private Zoom video chat. Your Coach will tailor the class to your attendees based on your requests, including but not limited to playlist requests, special shout-outs, stretching / meditation breaks, difficulty level, friendly competition, and more - making it the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, promotion, or just a fun get-together. Investment
IN-STUDIO CLASSES - $300 flat rate for first 14 people | $20 per additional person, up to a max of 28
VIRTUAL CLASSES - $150 - up to 50 people for 60 minutes
class types
CRUSH - Our signature workout is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that combines cardio intervals on the SKILLMILL with strength training on the floor. Crush Classes are designed to torch calories, shred stress, increase your strength, and leave you feeling sweaty and satisfied.
LIFT - is a strength-based, low-impact class that’s all about form and movement control. You won’t find any SkillMills in this class, but the sweat will still come with heavy tunes, heavy weights and badass coaches.
FLOW - is yoga for the non-yogis. For the runners, weight lifters, climbers, swimmers, hikers, and bikers, and the tight bodies that come with them. For the busy professionals who make time for their workouts, but not always for self-care. You can expect the perfect mix of sweat, stretch, fun, and walking out feeling better than you started because you #crushedit.
