June is teacher appreciation month at CrushCamp! For the month of June all teachers and education admin or support staff are eligible for a whole host of perks!

3 - meet the teacher night - sweat social + happy hour (FRI JUNE 21st)

Celebrate the end of the school year with a sweat social and happy hour with your fellow teachers! Get a taste of two of our most popular class formats in this 50 minute sweat session!

  • 4:30pm - LIFT + CRUSH Hybrid Class - Team Teach with Maddy x Kelsey - Sign Up Here

    • 25 minutes of Strength Training in the Performance Lab

    • 25 minutes of Interval Training in the HIIT Room

  • I’m not a teacher? Can I still come? YES - Absolutely! Teachers, admin, support staff or education enthusiasts are ALL welcome to join!

  • What do I need to bring? Clothes you can move it, clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle (we have a filling station on site) :)

CRUSH

Our signature workout is a 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that combines cardio intervals on the SKILLMILL with strength training on the floor using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands. CrushCamp is designed to torch calories, shred stress, increase your strength, and leave you sweaty and satisfied.

Try them all: Upper Crush, Lower Crush, Core + Crush, Circuit Crush, Full Body Crush.

LIIT

Our Low Impact Interval Training (LIIT) classes follow the same format as a CRUSH class, but with a greater emphasis on resisted walks and pushes, control, and banded activations - so you can get strong without getting gassed. They are perfect for newer clients, anyone coming back from an injury or illness, or the days when a HIIT class just feels a little ambitious.

Try them all: Upper Body LIIT, Circuit LIIT, Full Body LIIT.

FLOW

Stretch much? Crush Flow is music-driven, sweat-dripping, anything-but-boring yoga designed to help improve your performance in the studio, and in life. While every class is unique, in your 45-minute Flow you can expect the perfect mix of sweat, stretch, and fun, and to walk out feeling better than when you walked in. Need less sweat, more stretch? LIFT

A 50 minute strength-based, low-impact weight lifting class that’s all about form and movement control. You won’t find any SkillMills in this class, but the sweat will still come with heavy tunes, heavy weights and badass coaches.

Try them all: LIFT - Full Body, LIFT - Upper Body, LIFT - Lower Body


LIFT CIRCUIT

A 50 minute strength-based lifting class that feels like going to the gym with all of your besties. Expect to learn how to use all of the specialty equipment you’ve dreamed of trying out. Build serious strength and control with access to our: squat rack + barbells, TRX straps, battle ropes, Ski-Erg, plyo-boxes, BOSU balls, free weights and more. This class is best suited to those with familiarity with common resistance training exercises (ex: squats, deadlifts, chest press, lunge variations etc…)
