Join CrushCamp and YYCRunCrew on Saturday April 26th at 12:45pm for an afternoon of running, yoga flow designed specifically for runners, community connection, and education on how to enjoy the sport injury free!
What to Expect:
A 4-5km guided run along the Bow River , followed by a 50 minute runners Yoga class, pop-ups from our community partners + sponsors, goodies, and prizes.
Event programme:
12:45 pm - Registration at CrushCamp
1:00 pm - 4-5k Guided Community Run along the Bow River
1:30 - 2:00 pm - Return from Run + mingle with sponsors
2:00 pm - Runners Yoga with Leslie
2:55 - 3:45 pm - Post programme social, prize draw, goodies, community connection + more
3:45 pm - Wrap up.
Investment $20 - 10% of the event proceeds will go to YYCRunCrew’s marathon weekend fundraising efforts for Making Changes.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (can be securely stored in studio during the run). Mats are also available to borrow if you do not have your own.
All other props will be provided by CrushCamp.
